What an very nice stay! The room was so comfy with an amazing bed, and the breakfast was a feast, especially the french toast! Only downside was some noise at night, but I'd definitely return!

Charming stay with a hiccup

Staying at Kuenuek Hotel Boutique was a delight! The fine colonial style mixed with modern amenities created a relaxing atmosphere. The pool in the courtyard was perfect for unwinding after our daily excursions.

There was a frustrating moment when we returned one night. We had to wait 20 minutes to be let in, battling mosquitoes outside while ringing the bell and calling for assistance. A key card entry might improve this.

Both comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast options were diverse, particularly the huevos motuleños, a standout. The location, while peaceful, required some effort to reach the main attractions without an Uber.

Accessing the hotel was a hassle!!! Guests must ring a bell for entry and wait, which delayed our return and left us sweaty!!! The design to walk through the office is odd and not ideal.

The room service and food menu need improvement. the options are limited, and timing is not always accurate.

This boutique hotel is nestled in a beautiful old mansion in a central location which makes it easy to explore the city's main attractions. the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, with large beds, great bathroom products, and showers. the courteous staff is always available and happy to help. the breakfast is delicious and comes with a selection of fruits and bread, and eggs made to order. You can unwind by the relaxing pool in the tranquil central courtyard.

Although the hotel’s common areas are lovely, the bar could use a little more liveliness to make it more inviting.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Merida and were impressed by its exclusive amenities. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was particularly impressive and the full body massage we experienced left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool was another highlight, providing a perfect spot to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the serene garden area. We also loved the restaurant, which served a range of delicious dishes, and enjoyed the convenience of having in-room breakfast available.

the room we stayed in could have been slightly larger, but this was only a small downside, as it was still beautifully designed and furnished with all the exclusive amenities we needed.
